trop sombre pour moi
trop grande profondeur de champ (presque toutes les fleurs sont nettes) et composition sans point fort qui pourrait guider ton public

une ouverture de f25 est elle vraiment nécessaire
un f/8 - f/11 max permet d'atteindre le max de piqué et une bonne profondeur de champ pour de la proxy

meme en macro rapproché je dirais qu'un f/16 est un max
au dela les performances des objectifs s'effondrent

cela aurait permis de rester à 200 iso sensibilité nominale des capteurs relfex

j'aurai zoomé sur une zone plus petite
là on ne voit pas assez de détail de la structure et cela donne un impresison de fouilli et d'un peu de manque de nettété

peut etre en recroppant sur une zone précise ?...

manque globale de netteté
composition pas attrayante avec la queue du champignon qui ne dessinepas de ligne et de direction forte ou harmonieuse

couleurs et conrtaste à revoir également pour moi

Pearls: This is a crop=> decrease in sharpness. To achieve your requirements, I do need a macro flash and more further macro enlargement. But what can also be done, is remove a few seeds to suppress the impression of a messy picture. I'll try this weekend (if there are still flowers with seeds)
Lilas: Agree with the aperture and the perf of the objective. Just, one remark;, this lens is really outstanding to me. Comparing the perf of all the ones I have: 16-35 2.8, 100 2.8, 50 1.4, this is the best!
If I hadn't close to 25, I wouldn't have had the black background which was for me the purpose, to have the black and white impression. For the contrast: OK.

to get a dark background
you should use EV correction -1
you can then push the light of the lilas in post porcessing
to get a darker image = underexpose first try to get the lowest iso possible, then increase the speed then play with the aperture

for the lens as you can see below for the canon macro 100mm
the bes tperformance is at f5.6 F8 and performance drop signifianclty after F16
